If you are looking for a true taste of our cajun and creole delicacies you must try our renowned Catfish Pontchatrain. This dish contains two extra large deep fried catfish filets set on top of our own dirty rice and then smothered completly with crawfish etoufee!
Our on premises smokehouse puts out some of the best ribs you will ever find. Try our Mojo BBQ or Whisky Sauce and you'll be coming back for more! We smoke Turkey, Ham, Fish and roast brikett. Wild game in season too.
